All courses follow our proven sprint format:

• Duration: 30 days of intensive, structured learning
• Daily structure: Video lessons (20-40 min) + hands-on exercises (30-60 min)
• Live coaching: Twice-weekly sessions with expert coaches

System requirements

Minimum requirements for all courses:

• Modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
• Stable internet connection (for cloud D365 access)
• Screen resolution: 1280x720 or higher recommended
• Microphone and camera for live sessions (optional but recommended)
• Screen recording capability for demo videos

D365 environment access

Every participant receives access to dedicated D365 training environments:

• Full admin access to your training tenant
• Pre-configured with sample data and scenarios
• Access during course + 60 days after completion
• Ability to export configurations for your portfolio
• No D365 license needed - we provide everything

Software and tools

Everything runs in the browser. Optional tools:

• Screen recording software (free options: OBS, Loom)
• Note-taking app of your choice
• PDF viewer for course materials
• Access to Circle Community platform

Refund policy

You can cancel your course enrollment and receive a full refund if you do so 3 or more days before the course starts. Cancellations between 3 days and 1 day before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 1 day before the course starts are not eligible for refunds.

We're confident in the value we deliver and want you to feel safe making this investment in your career.
